I am looking for some feedback in regards to Dealers working on a point system for thier Tokes. Anyone that can give some feedback will be appreciated. ;)
I think it's a great idea but one that would be very difficult to put into effect. I'm assuming that you're talking about giving extra consideration to the dealers with the most experience, more professionally in tune, with top customer service skills through a point system. I think the high line help SHOULD make more than a mistake prone break-in. The only thing that makes me leery is who determines which employees make a bigger % of the toke pool. Management? Who might not care for a dealers style for some reason. Customers? Most have a love/hate thing with the crews...I don't know. But it sure would light a fire under marginal help, and that would be wonderful to see. Lol!
