4 of a Kind Bonuses

I have a question on calculating return for 4 of a kind bonuses on games where there is no listed information for a natural 4 of a kind, like deuces wild.
Longhorn Casino gives bonuses for 5's-10', and Airport Deuces is their best game, so how can I find the return?

Do they give the bonus for wild 4oaks? Most places say only applies to naturals.
Normal card of the day 100 coin bonuses add about 0.5% to the return.

Yeah I know its only natural, Im just wondering how to figure it out for a game like deuces where there is no information on the cycle of a 4 of a kind. Also, in games like JOB or BP, wouldn't JJ-AA give a much stronger return on the promotion than 22-88?
