http://wizardofodds.com/houseedge lists house edge and standard deviation for several games. I can compute the odds for 3 Baccarat side bets, but I don't trust my results for the standard deviation on these 3 side bets. Can you tell me what is the standard deviation for these:

1. Player dragon
2. Banker dragon
3. EzBacc 3 card 7

EZ Baccarat and the Dragon Bet are very popular these days and should continue to be so.

I can do #3 for you with the formulas below and you should be able to calculate #1 and #2 using the Wizard's tables here: http://wizardofodds.com/baccarat/baccaratapx5.html.
My results for #1= std of 6.328160895
My results for #2= std of 5.968905616

For a wager that pays x:1 with a probability of winning p, the house edge and standard deviation (per unit bet and per 'root decision') are:
he = (x+1)*p - 1
std = (x+1)*Sqrt[p*(1-p)]

he: ((40+1)*0.0225338) - 1 = -0.0761142
The Dragon Bet (40+1)*Sqrt[0.0225338*(1-0.0225338)] = std of 6.084879032
