What would the hold % be on a BJ game that the dealer hits soft17, and it is a six deck shoe, you can double down on any two cards, can split aces up to 4 times. but they take a .50 cent Ante.
Also what would the hold % be on a pai Gow game that they do not take a commission

Careful here... I get confused on the terminology. House Edge and Hold Percentage are different.

Looking for the hold % on both games, the wizard has a caculator for these games but there are no options for a Ante game for BJ and no commission for pai gow.

You're probably looking for the house edge, not the hold.

The house edge is the average amount of each wager that the casino will win, and this can be calculated precisely for most games.

The hold is the average amount of each buy-in that the casino wins by the time the player leaves. Because there are infinitely many things that can affect the hold, it is not something that can be calculated.

For more information on the difference between the two terms, see the Wizard's house edge page.
