I have been talking about the rise in baccarat on the strip , but there was a also a surge in 1995 that petered out.

It is difficult to predict the future. I am sure that there were people in 1995 who though baccarat was the wave of the future as well. There was no major casinos opening in 1995, so it must have been a marketing of the game. There may have been some change in the nature of tourists around that time.
