It is my understanding that there are 3 first run cinemas in Vegas that are not owned by the massive chains Regal or Century.
(1) Galaxy at Cannery Casino [16 screens] (soon to open another one at M resort)
(2) Rave [18 screens] at Town Square
(3) Brendan [14 screens] at the Palms casino

Regal is 148 screens at 11 theaters.
Cinemark is 96 screens at 6 theaters.

I know that Brendan advertises the largest IMAX theater in the city. In general does anyone find these theaters to be more special than the larger chains?

I have not tried any of those. You can find me at the Red Rock, Suncoast, and Village Square cinemas. I prefer Village Square, because you can buy discounted tickets at Costco. Otherwise, I find them all about equal.
It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet.

Thanks for the heads-up on the Costco discounts at Village Square.

Can one still use their Boarding Pass pts at Stations Casinos for the cinemas?
