Based on the following rules: 0-0 is a winner Every score change including extra points is a winner Quarter End/Reverse of Quarter End is a winner Final Score is a winner 8 boxes touching the final score are winners Is there a number of boxes or specific set of locations that can be chosen to guarantee at least one win? |

You might be able to cleverly pick less to still cover, but i see an easy 16 Wisdom is the quality that keeps you out of situations where you would otherwise need it |
