Good/decent paybacks don't exist here in MN (return is capped at 98%), but that's how I bide my time while waiting for drawings, shows, tournaments, etc. I think I'm down about $5 for my lifetime of play using this method.

Sure it would but if you have to blow off time and dont care for spending alot of or have alot of money nor interested in hitting a royal, I think thats about as cheap as it can get. Plus I'm sure the free drinks will cover any losses.
