Some of the presents me and my wife exchange over Christmas always say "from Santa", so I don't know what more proof you need.

Exactly. There's much more proof that Santa exists
than there is that god exists. Would you take your
3 year old to sit on god's lap? I don't think so...

I used to get "From Santa" gifts every Christmas, too, but I suspect they were actually from my cat.

Of course Santa doesn't exist. But there is an awesome Teapot made if fine China in orbit around the Sun between the Earth and Mars.

"Does Santa exist?" is one question. "Does he deliver presents worldwide?" is quite another. (Most "proofs" that Santa does not exist are based on the impossibility that he can deliver all of those presents in one night, even taking rotation of the earth into account (so "night" is actually about 36 hours).)

I have to say I thought this was the silliest topic to post. And I'm even more surprised at the number of you whose answers indicate that you're taking this question as seriously as you are.
