It doesn't matter. Say you have $100 in free play on your card. Bet $50 on red and $50 on black and $6 on the zero split or if its a single zero machine, $3 on the zero. You need to put $110 cash in first for it to work. When you print out the ticket, you will have won $100 plus getting your 110 back, minus the zero bet. Not sure if you were just kidding. But To clarify: 1st Visit: Lost $ 400 playing VP 2nd Visit: The loss rebate of $ 400 was put on my card as Free Play. I played "their" money thru once, and cashed out with $398.75 They also gave me a free hotel room for Sunday night. 3rd Visit: Haven't done this yet, but the Mrs needs to play through her loss rebate still, and if we can schedule the trip for the right day, we will EACH also get $ 125 more in free play. To Summarize: This is a GREAT deal. Now you swear and kick and beg us

I assume you use the Free Play however you desire, but since you like VP, that is most likely how you would use it. >I played "their" money >To Summarize: This is a GREAT deal. Yeah, I guess it is. I'd prefer the First Trip you win 400 and they give you an additional 400 but it ain't likely to happen .. not ever! So this is about as close as you can come to getting something really good. Now we each know the casino's motive was to get you back there on that second trip and get you back there real soon. They want you to dig deeper into your pockets and they want you to do that digging promptly. They want you to get into the habit of making those trips. Well, casino motivations aside, you had fun and bottom line so far just ain't all that bad. Gasoline, an uncomped night, some meals. You had an excursion, some excitement and some potential for hitting a Royal Flush on the VP machine. Be sure to let us know how that 3rd trip goes! |

Well what I wonder is: ....Is this Casino being so generous because they are doing so well, or because they are not doing very well ? Because it is an Indian Casino, I'm not sure we'll have access to that info. Or is it because they want the Chicago business, but they are the farthest from Chicago ? Regardless, I'd say check it out before they change their minds ! Now you swear and kick and beg us

I think it is because they are doing well. Slot revenue is dependent on coin in, and keeping the volume of players up by introducing aggressive incentives to new players is one way to drive traffic. Hopefully, great word of mouth, like the positive reports here, will keep them coming back... with their friends and families. |

| JohnnyQ Member since: Nov 3, 2009 Threads: 49 Posts: 590 | Headed back up this weekend so Mrs Q can play her rebate. The free hotel night is good on weekends pending room availability. I will keep calling from time to time, figuring someone is going to cancel at the last minute. Otherwise, there are plenty of new hotels within a few miles. We have a free certificate from Hilton for going to a Timeshare pres'n in LV this past summer. Now you swear and kick and beg us

| JohnnyQ Member since: Nov 3, 2009 Threads: 49 Posts: 590 | update: We went back, drove through a snow storm, and ended up there with the sun shining in the afternoon. Mrs Q didn't hit a bid DW jackpot either, so I guess that makes it Fourwinds 3, gamblers 0. Mrs Q lost a little more than I had suggested as a loss limit, so I guess I'll try to get a firmer agreement on that before our next trip anywhere. I enjoy learning the game, looking for the best paytable, getting a good deal on a hotel room, and trying to get as many comps from the casino as you can. ( I was able to use the free hotel night coupon from their mailer on my previous trip ). This loss rebate promo is still the best casino promo I have ever seen. I assume it will be around for a while, but who knows what the Marketing Dept will do. Now you swear and kick and beg us
