What are the steps for setting up an online casino ?

Yes I know this gets asked alot and I am sure not by someone that is serious.

We have access to a "online gaming licenses" for a territory, and I have been researching and reading over a ton of items, and then saw this site and the Wizard..

so, I am really new to this, and of course will be engaging a consultant, but I would like to do as much research and gathering as I can myself as well.

It seems to be VERY hard to get online gaming solutions to quote a solution and or provide specifics on the software.

I have looked at Boss Media, RTG, etc.. no one seems to want to spit out a cost or (price). why ??

Also, does anyone sell you a solution ?? or are they all hosted (SaaS) Software as a Service) solutions ??

Any assistance would be appreciated.
