Really? Talk about totally half-a$$ed.

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/12/18/nyregion/new-york-casino-resort-proposals.html

Why even bother? These locations are in the middle of no where. Not to forget these destinations are even more difficult to get to for a NYCer than say AC and PA. Not to forget there are Empire City and Resorts World. At least this will serve as a somewhat of a lifeline for CT and AC. For that Lago Resort it is just a rough sketch with no further details. What is this joke NYS Gaming Commission even thinking? Trying to save upstate. Those places are long dead and having a casino is not really going to help much long term. Trump is right about this one. This is all dead on arrival.

Luckily I don't live in that brain dead liberal cesspool of a state anymore. Well looks like MA is going to be the premier gaming destination for the Northeast if everything goes according to plan.

When I lived in the East Coast I used to frequent Foxwoods every weekend from 2008 to 2011. Even sometimes from Friday night after work onto Sunday since I can get a room at the Pequot Tower. I haven't been there since especially now I relocated here to Vegas.
