Pretty neat to watch: it's about as close to flying as we ourselves can get, so far.
Here's a link for a bit of background: DRL
If they are either over your property or you know the camera is spying in on you... pellet gun... problem solved (expensively for them).Quote: lilredroosterSomething like every other night. And pretty close by. I can see the shape of the thing pretty clearly. Maybe with a camera looking in, who knows? Another example of technology infuriating people by taking away our privacy. Maybe advancing tech is a zero sum game. For every benefit there is a corresponding detriment. I know I'm not a cheerleader for it.

Unless you're a licensed pilot, that is...there is almost nothing better in this world than the sheer freedom and joy of flying yourself. Spring for a couple lessons sometime. It's incredible.

Do you live near a Chipotle? They have been experimenting with using drones to deliver burritos to college dorms.
What does Chipotle have against college students?Quote: AyecarumbaDo you live near a Chipotle? They have been experimenting with using drones to deliver burritos to college dorms.

Have you tried a VR headset and a variable speed fan?

I would suggest moving to a high rise building. Drones can only legally fly under 400 feet.
I suggest not engaging in illegal activity at home, at least not with the blinds open.Quote: DRichI would suggest moving to a high rise building. Drones can only legally fly under 400 feet.
If someone wants to fly a drone outside my windows god bless them.

Don't follow his lead. Follow mine.
Remember, Biden says it's A-OK to pump a couple shells from your balcony.

Doesn't bother me one bit. If someone wants to watch me yell at my kids and see me naked in the bathroom then have had it.

I don't have the link but I believe there was an incident in Kentucky where a homeowner shot down a drone flying over his backyard. The homeowner had to reimburse the drone owner for a new drone.

Laws haven't caught up with technology, I assume.
I don't know how much airspace you can control above your house or land for instance. There also have to be issues on whether it was trying to take pics through your windows I suppose or evidence as such.
Paparazzi laws might cover some of this.

I'm more concerned for your mental well being. Is there anything also you've been seeing or hearing?

This has to be the best thing ever. One can only hope this will soon begin in Las Vegas. Burrito by carrier pigeon, what could be better?

You don't have to worry. I am sure someone is hacking your camera phone or camera on your computer or whatever all the time. It won't be long till it will be like in the book/movie 1984 when you have a camera in every room and have to constantly report in to your beloved Ministries of Love, Peace, Plenty and Truth. Just don't complain when they put the rats on you or whatever happens to you in Room 101 :) !
Keep Calm and Love Big Brother!
