Electronic craps w/real dice in the middle inside a pop-o-matic bubble, like in the board game Sorry.

i love this game. i think i visited almost every casino in Vegas that had this when i was there last week.

altho i just read something about Bill's Gaming Hall having Rapid craps?! (Link pls?)

anyway, which casinos on the east coast (between Charlestown, WV and NYC) have electronic or rapid craps?

Resorts World Casino at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, NYC has Organic Dice by electroncek:
ORGANIC DICE

None of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey or CT casinos have electronic craps.
"Rapid Craps" is the real craps table that uses touch screens for bet placement.
I have not seen those anywhere in the East.

Although both are from ShuffleMaster, RapidRoulette has a lot of installations, but RapidCraps is nowhere except at Bills.

i only played it once but i think it only offers 1x or 2x odds on line bets...
and i am not sure about the maximum but i think it was $200?
the minimum was $5.
i should mention, that they also have shufflemaster's vegas star video craps.

yes, there is a large central video screen and you sit at a video terminal
where a video representation of dice appear on the touchscreen when its your turn...
you can actually rotate the dice to set them before your throw...
it's sort of ridiculous

i went to Resorts World this afternoon.
the dice station i mentioned on the second floor,
is in the back near the buffet.
it's one dice bubble with a display and SIXTY terminals.
i did not play craps, as i was with my friend who is a sic bo addict.
i know the craps limits are $10 min/$200 max,
and i think it was offering 5x,
but i am not sure if that was on everything or part of 3-4-5.

Sort of? Whoever thought that up had a good laugh.

got back from Resorts World today.
There are electronic craps tables on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

avoid the 3rd floor ones. there are actually 2 machines on the 3rd floor. a small one that seats 10, and a huge one that is a combo of craps/sic bo/baccarat. but only the last 2 rows do craps. and those last 2 rows were occupied w/bacarrat players. BUT ALL THE OTHER SEATS WERE MOSTLY EMPTY!
wtf?!?!?!?!?!

on the 2nd floor within view of WolfGang's restaurant was a big craps/sic bo/baccarat machine and the front seats did craps. i assume all the seats did craps.

anyway, here are the details:
$10min, $3000 max, 3/4/5x odds.
payout language is "For" instead of "To" thus instead of '6 to 5' for the 6/8, it's '11 for 5'. same difference...

BUY commision is taken after the win. that means Buying 4/10 is 1.67% and 5/9 is 2%. Much better than their place counterpart.

the place on 6/8 are in $3 increments with the min being $12.
With a $15 BUY 4, i won $29.25.

so it seems the amounts u can bet must result in $0.25 increments.

i like this better than the Bubble craps machines in Vegas, mainly because of the MUCH higher table limit. ($500 was the max u can have on the table in Vegas.) and u get points here where as alot of the Vegas ones didnt give u points.

On the downside, it was slightly slower than the Vegas versions. There was like 5-10 sec after the dice stopped rolling before anything happened. if it was a # i had $ on, i was like COME ON PAY ME!
Wished they reduced that time to like 2-3 sec like in Vegas.

2nd downside is that u can only have ALL or none of the #'s working during a passline roll.
In vegas, u can select which #'s you want working.

the reason the last rows are filled is because those terminals have lower minimums (baccarat).

is the $3000 max for all bets or per bet? it was $200 per bet when i was there during the weekday.

the payouts are down to the penny. you were paid correctly at 29.25 to 15 for a buy ten (win only vig = $0.75).

i think i remember from interblock that the machines can generally be set at 60 -80 rolls per hour, i haven't clocked these.
i don't mind the delay as it gives me time to get my next move ready.
once that countdown starts you sometimes have to hustle to get everything in before "no more bets"

glad you had a good time, or so it seems
so, how much did you win?!?

WongBo,

the screen said $10 min, $3000 max.
For the Bubble Craps machines in Vegas, i think it said $2min, $500 max. over there the $500 meant max all bets combined. and i can verify that since i hit the max. :)

so if you saw $200 max bet # at Resorts, then $3000 all bets would be a reasonable assumption.

i didnt win. i put in $1000 and lost it all. :(
i had the whole field (4,5,6,8,9,10) w/o any points hitting and a 7 came out. it happened twice. :(

But still had fun w/this new game.

oh, at Resorts, when u sign up for their players card, u get $10 free. if u show them another casinos players card, you get $5 extra. if that card is of higher status, then u get more free $.

but the free $ doesnt work at the electronic craps tables. it's only for slots. :(

update:

went back today. the back row of the craps pit on the 2nd floor is $5min $1500 max.
i rather have the higher limit of $10 min, $3000 max.

the craps pit on the 3rd floor is $15 min, $3000 max. WOW!

the electronic dice craps game in the middle of the casino is only 2x odds, and only double pay on Field 12. and the 5% commission on the BUY is taken on the bet, not on the # hitting. Can you say YUCK!!!

on the other hand, the DONT side is 4x/3x/2.4x odds for the 4/10,5/9,6/8.
and the Lay commision is 5% when the # hits.

Is this normal for the DONT side? or is the machine favoring DONT players?

so i won $1600 today, up $600 overall. Yeah!

The $150 Dont/$150 Field guy was there again.
first passline roll when i sat down: 12,12,2,3

He was estactic! then a WHOLE bunch of 6/8 rolled. he probably broke even.

also, today is Easter Sun and they had a special: $8/48/108 free play depending on tier level.
3000 points = silver, 6000 = gold, and like 20k for Platium.
Some guy next to me said he got $48 and i saw on his display that he had 9000 points.

Dont know if silver tier got $8 or $48?

and 100points = $1. they have a 25% off easter items at the gift store and card points can be used there. They had a medium size plush Easter Hello Kitty for $11. for those who have young daughters or girlfriends :)

Electronic craps w/real dice in the middle inside a pop-o-matic bubble, like in the board game Sorry.

Just as an FYI:

The Pop-O-Matic bubble was used in the game Trouble, and its spin-off, Headache, among others.
Sorry used a special deck of cards.
