Maryland Live no longer gives bonus points on slots/e-Games based on Tier level?

gold = 1.25x
platinum = 1.5x
Black = 1.75x
chairman = 2x
I noticed yesterday that I didn't get my usual multiplied points while playing e-Craps.
went up to the rewards booth. THe booth person was clueless and went to her supervisor.
She came back and said there was never a points multiplier. the Tier multiplier was only for comps.
Obviously thats wrong since I've been receiving the points multiplier all year long.
I'm not worried about it. If Md Live is cutting back on benefits, then I'm going to bring my business to the new Horseshoe casino in Baltimore.
but is anyone else noticing that they're not getting the points multiplier?
