For all you Oceans movie fans, Amazon has all 4 Ocean
movies, 11,12,13 and the orig 11, for $7.99 for all four,
in a collection. Four seperate discs, from Warner Bros,
with all the added special features intact.

I got it this week and watched all of it, the quality is great.
For 8 bucks, new, are you kidding me? Its worth it just
to get the 22min feature on Oceans 13 thats basically an
ad for Vegas in 2007. This is just before the meltdown,
they show the Fountainbleau being built. They go on and
on about the strenths of Vegas, nothing can keep it down.
Its the building capital of the country, the sky is the limit.
7000 people a month are moving to Vegas. Its funny and
its gut wrenthingly sad at the same time.

Just enter 'Oceans collection' at Amazon.

Not a bad deal. Use "12" as a mug coaster and watch the others. The Sinatra version is one of the few good New Years Eve themed movied out there.

The deal is not bad at all but these movies seem to be on often enough that I don't need to buy them. I have a whole collection of movies that I thought I needed to have a copy of but that mostly gather dust. I buy them and realize that I just don't watch movies that much!!

I sooo prefer the Sinatra version to any of the Clooney ones with their too-too-contrived schemes and that Chinese acrobat.

The original was so simple, just a bunch of regular guys, Army buddies, doing the impossible. The glowing spray paint on the doorknobs, using the garbage truck to get the bags of money out of the casinos, Shirley MacLaine's hysterical cameo, and the ending, well, that was just perfect.

There's a line in "Ocean's 13" where Al Pacino and Andy Garcia are talking about a new table game that Bernie Mac is touting and Garcia says he'll try it out at his Tunica property and Pacino says, "Mississippi? That's where games go to die, isn't it?" That makes me laugh every time I hear it.

I have all but the unwatchable "12" already.

I prefer the ending to the original "11" to that of the unrealistic remake. The remake is a better caper, but just because the technology is better. Love Gould and Reiner in the remake.
