All the IL governor has to do is sign the bill & a huge land based
casino and 4 riverboats will go up in Chicago. He's home pretending
to think it over. Mayor Rahm has already given it the Mafia's blessing.

This is what the casino/hotel complex will look like. Over 4000 slots.

All the IL governor has to do is sign the bill? LOL. He's never going to sign it. If it gets passed it's going to be through an override of his veto.

Yeah, I know. I should have posted better. He didn't sign it, and he will never sign a future reincarnation of the gaming bill.

For some reason the horse racing lobbyists haven't gotten to Quinn yet because he hates the tracks.
