Japan (at least used to) censor the pubic regions of photos in magazines. I have heard they have their own "brand" or type of porn. My understanding is that there is more of what there is but it is softer core than in the USA. On the "informed consent" thing I would like to see the child porn laws (and statutory rape laws for that matter) changed to a regular/aggravated format. Who was the child porn star who filmed a bunch of movies and then they found out she was underage and had to pull all but one or so from the shelves? (she was 18 in that one.) It is wrong to convict someone for posession if the "studio" took due dillagence but got fooled. Same for the 19 year old dating a 17 year old classmate and then gets a "sex offender" stamp on his yellow sheet for life. "The Roman Empire wasn't planned, but neither did it 'just happen.'" |

Do you need a permit of some sort to be running a porn industry business where you pay the "actors"? Otherwise, any "John" caught in the act could pull out a camera, and say, "But officer, we're shooting a picture here." |
