Well, when the Herbst Corporation went into bankruptcy, they were taken over by new owner who changed the name of the company to "Affinity Gaming." Hence, A-play. From what I can tell, there isn't much of a change. The levels -- red, silver, platinum, diamond -- are the same, and the benefits are as well. However, there is one positive difference for the player. 400 points now equals $1 in cashback, so there is an effective rebate of 0.25% for slot play. This is better than the 500=$1 (0.20% rebate) they had before.
