Craps Tournaments and promo chips

Hey guys, it's been quite a while since I posted here, but I am planning a trip to Vegas in October and had a couple questions about my offers I got when I booked out my room.

1st question i have is in regards to the craps tournament i have free entries into. How do the tournaments work? Is it a last man standing deal, or timed segments? Also what do they give you in theoretical chips for the tournament?

2nd question is about promo chips. I know they are essentially match plays at most places, but how does Golden Nugget do them? Can you play them on roulette on the sections of 12 or just on even money bets? Thanks everyone.
