My wife wants to go to a show on our trip in March. We would be going on Thursday the 19th. So would most members recommend this show for us to see? Next question is discounted tickets. At the cirque website I can get 2 seats for $142 dollars. Is there somewhere else I can get cheaper tickets? Thanks...

You can get them for free by playing myVegas.

Game is a bit of a time suck though, and probably difficult to earn the "loyalty points" needed in the time frame without a good amount of play.

And 142 for a pair (after taxes+fees) is what i can find after a quick look on smartervegas.com

I'm not sure how much better you could do than that...Cirque isn't cheap.

I personally liked the show and plan on seeing it again soon. Decent circus acts. I seem to be a bit in the minority though. The people who like more music/dancing in their shows like "Love" probably won't like it though. And if you want to see a little more action, then "Ka" is an option, especially since I heard they reinstated the scene where the performer died. What they did to replace it was dumb.

I enjoyed the show. Its a very earthy type theme. Lots of acrobatics. I saw the show when it debuted in Foxwoods ages ago. I'm sure Vegas puts it over the top.

Contact Djatc
he will make you a good deal (assuming he can get some)and he doesn't mind all the steps it takes to get the job done reliably. including nice rooms and such.

I suggest anyone coming to Vegas who wants cheap Rooms, Food, Events or Tickets to contact **Djatc**. Hes willing to make an effort, hes a nice kid and he's reliable

Personally I don't mind hooking people up, however sometimes i'm not available and its difficult. Also I usually use stuff for Myself, friends and members I have meet. It runs out quickly.

It always seems like everyone comes to Vegas at the same time.

I personally preferred O, Love, and KA over Zarkana.

And playing MyVegas is a great way to get free show tickets.

Ka is dark the 2 nights we are there. We have seen Love before, and O tickets are just way more than I want to spend. So that's how we ended up with Zarkana

Excellent show _ I have seen it a few times…the first time I saw it there was a male lead singer - they have since dispensed with him and only kept the female lead.
Get to the show early for cast interactions with the audience.

The two clowns steal the show.

Ask him about O tickets to. O was good.

One show I never got to see(that I actually wanted to) was EFX. Most shows i'm just not interested in.

We did just see Absinthe.

Saw Zarkana last trip. Very good. But not even close to Absinthe. If you can only go to one, then Absinthe it is.

I was a very big fan of mystere at T.I. I did not like zarkana after seeing mystere first. Zarkana seemed very uneventful and almost like it was a platform for performers to start off and move to the other shows when they become more polished.

I want to see KA and the others mentioned, but from my experience I would suggest mystere over Zarkana for your trip. It's the circus theme.

I have seen several Cirque shows: Zarkana, O, La Nouba, Mystere, and Ka. I have also seen Le Reve, which is very similar to a Cirque show. I liked them all, but I would rank Zarkana last on the list. However, I saw it a couple of years ago at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. Not sure if the move to the Aria and a permanent setting has made any difference in the quality. I still liked it, mind you, but there are others I like better.

Oh, and Absinthe is awesome. My favorite Vegas show. It's definitely an adult show and not for the prudish, though.

Wanderer,

Zarkana is not the worst Cirque show. Its decent and dependent on the venue for effect. Wintuk is by far the worst Cirque show.

I said I thought Zarkana was the weakest of the Cirque shows that I have personally seen, and I also added that (unlike the other four) I did not see it in a permanent venue and I'm sure that took away something from the performance.

While we're talking about CDS, has anyone seen Michael Jackson, The Beatles or Criss Angel? Does anyone recommend any of those three?
