Secret area at Aria?

I have repeatedly asked different people at Aria and nobody knows what I am talking about—here is the article that speaks about a hotel guest only "speakeasy" - if anyone has any knowledge of this, please enlighten me

Right next to the fountain of youth and the lost city of gold. As written, it would not make any sense for it to exist and people would naturally want to bring people to join them, thus being unable to hold the secret. Thirdly, an unmanned bar with access with a hotel room key would not last once the kids found it.
