Broken Link and Missing Info on the 7 Point 7 bet

Howdy,
Thought i'd report a broken link. On the WizardofMacau website under craps. The Wizard talks about seeing the 7 Point 7 Bet at City of Dreams and then links to it.
This link is no longer linked correctly. It goes to a incorrect craps appendix , it should go to craps appendix 4 on the wizardofodds site.
Also after looking up the 7 Point 7 bet it does not state how you get paid off after winning.
On the Comeout roll is should be 2X your bet and on the dreaded 7 (1st roll after establishing a point) it pays 3X your bet.

edit: Also a 2,3,11 or 12 will kill it on the comout.
