Yeah read this in another forum. Nice puff piece for him. Of course, he has a strong rep from what I have read here.

Here's the part that's missing...what you need to know as an AP. It's the deposition process. It's the paper work. It's having to disclose how you play, where you've played, and how much you've made. In the end a good AP makes more if they keep quiet. That being said we can't always reward the casinos criminal and predatory actions.

Nersesian is good and I have experience with his service in the past.

I read this over the weekend - and a few thoughts occurred to me.

Punitive damages. If this attorney succeeds in getting punitive damages - would that be the beginning of the end for blackjack?

I know that for the most part, people "in general" lose more than they win. A lot more. But punitive damages hurt.

If there's one thing a lot of casinos seem to be getting - it's risk averse. 20 years ago, 6/9 JoB was fairly common. Now, not so much.
