Is there anyone in the forum that has a Chairman level players card with Station casinos? If so, in your opinion how are the comps?

Here is why I ask. In November or December of last year my wife reached the President level based on our play, we always use her card, on tables and slots. Our usual play consists of $200 allocated to Ultimate Texas Holdem ($5 on the ante and blind and $5 on the trips bonus) and $100 for slots/vp whenever we make it to the casino. According to policy, a President player is automatically assigned a host. No host ever contacted us between November 2011 through July of this year. I asked the Players Club who our Host was and they provided me her name. When I contacted her about our status and comps, she said based on our level of play she could comp us the buffet anytime. Needless to say I never contacted her again as I thought this was just an insult. We receive free buffets in the mail on a monthly basis. Based on our play the last few months we are on track to reach Chairman level easily by the end of the year and yet no host has ever showed any interest in our level of play. This just seems odd to me and I am tempted to take my play else where. At least at Caesars you get free rooms on a regular basis.

I was told that based on our play we were considered primarily slot players. We have earned almost 100,000 status credits or tier credits in the past three months. From my experience, we never see our status credits change based on our play at the table games, only based on our play from slots. I know that vp status credits are based on $1 = 1 status credit and slot is $1 = $3 status credits. So we have roughly played $35,000-$45,000 through the machines in the last few months. I don't know if we can keep this level of play up and the only reason we have played this much is based on several nice wins in the past few months. However, we did reach President level last year and we have already earned President level this year, which will roll over into 2013, so there is a level of consistent play over time. With all that said, I am just trying to determine if our play warrants more attention from the casino or am I overvaluing our level of play.

Please note, I am not worried about actual win/loss, I understand I am losing money playing slots, we just play for fun.

Thanks for any comments in advance.

It's worth it to me to maintain president for the buffet line pass at Red Rock alone. Unlink other casinos, I haven't been approached at a machine by a host yet even though I'm supposed to have one.
