Can anyone recommend a site or software to practice THB

As an exercise in futility, I attempted to write one last year. Although I got it to work in a client server environment, both the client and the server had to be on the same computer. It even had artwork and what looked like a table and cards the flew about the screen when the cards were being dealt. It was sharp! I should revisit that little failure.
