Ultimate Hold Em and Card Sharing

Trying to settle a debate with a friend and I have no idea how to do the math. Card sharing in ultimate hold em is discouraged but not enforced. You can have 6 players at the table, so you would know your 2 whole cards + 10 more. Under the best conditions, if you got your 2 cards and the dealer fanned out 10 more face up on the table, would this be a +EV game? And if so, at what number of known cards.would you no longer have an edge?

Discount Gambling has the answer. It's not +EV, but it does cut the edge to 1.6 if you play perfectly
