Anybody ever gamble at the Tuscany?

Nobody is allowed to win a hand of blackjack, a roll of the dice or a spin of the roulette wheel.

Bosses verbally berate dealers for "losing."

They cut the shoes in half. Change the roulette balls every other spin.

They've even been known to change 5 or 6 sets of dice per shift!!!!

Amazing that this old school nonsense still exists.

C'mon, people win on every hand and every roll. They
don't want anybody to win big because their cage is
full of IOU's and mice..

Sweat the money joints exist and some have an Us versus Them attitude towards the public. Dealers are expected to be united in their Us versus Them viewpoints.

Is this the way it is at Tuscany? I don't know. For a while the worst place in town for dealers seemed to be Hooters.
Dealers gripe. Its a way of life.

Sometimes they really mean it.

If they do, it would prove dealers are just ordinary people.

I like the accomodations at Tuscany but
haven't gambled there in a while since
I didn't think they had much in the way
of decent Video Poker anymore.

Well you could say that, but there are a few other ones that come to mind! One of them is on the other side of the 15 on Flamingo Rd. Your west side one even has a lot of so-called DI's going into it. Then you also have one a the South end of Las Vegas Blvd. But not out of the Las Vegas.

Best advice I can give anybody is don't play where they sweat the money, the problem with that advice is nobody will take it, they still play were the casinos are sweating the money! Most players don't even know that it's happening.

If you are one of the unfortunate employees that work in any of these casinos, do yourself a big favor and get out of there as soon as you can!
For the players, it's up to you to walk out as soon as you see them sweating the money, why would you want to play anywhere that has that problem?
Note, all my post start with this is just my opinion...! You do good brada ..! superrick Winning comes from knowledge and skill when your betting and not reading fiction http://procraps4u2.myfanforum.org/index.php ...

I was there about three weeks ago and the casino looked the same as it always has.

I used to have some friends who worked there and even though they scaled back their ops drastically they still manage to keep operating even though they had a change of casino management.

They do sweat the cash though. Because the dept. is now so small and they are basically a concession they need to make a dime in order to stay employed....

Kinda "rock and hard place" situation

Running a casino is art and science. On one hand you have to balance the bottom line on the other players should win sometimes or they will never comeback. AP's is a sign of a casino ran by professionals.
