Manager definitely made right call. I heard a story like this at a local restaurant, but it was only to the nickel. Well one customer didn't like it and eventually reported them, and they got in trouble for it.

I obviously hope it's just an elaborate ruse, but I'd feel bad if he isn't. And if he isn't, probably a bunch of people should get suspended. Quite a few people are having jokes at his expense.

No, I don't expect any suspensions from what's been said so far, or they'd have already been given (IMO anyway). That doesn't mean it's open season on him. But the forum also doesn't need to be run to cater to any one member's strengths or weaknesses either.
I suspect Kentry's agenda is to try to provoke people into reacting in a way which will result in their suspension.
As for the content of Kentry's posts, there is no rule which specifically prohibits "creative writing."
There is, however, a rule which might provide a remedy.

I once got $90 on 1 cent a line. I also got $50 playing two lines at 10 cents each.
