Freerolls and social poker with prizes

I am trying to track down where you can play freeroll tournaments or social poker with prizes.
In person:
-Your local cardroom or casino might be running an event or promotion
-Bar leagues such as http://www.worldtavernpoker.com have prizes for winning their various tournaments
Online:
-If you are in Nevada and New Jersey you can check for freerolls from the authorized cash game websites
As to the rest of the various online poker sites I am pretty confused due to the various restrictions. Anyone have a good list of sites ? (Also if you don't know I am talking about with social poker with prizes, its where you play games with funny money but can win actual prizes. For example there is one associated with the World Poker Tour: https://www.clubwpt.com/ you pay monthly for it but some are free.)

Assume the worst, believe no one, and make your move only when you are certain that you are unbeatable or have, at worst, exceptionally good odds in your favor.
