Under the Gun 31 is a game that has had a couple placements in Southern California and Gaming Arts software has picked it up along with a lot of other games that failed in the land casinos, including my own Ties Win Blackjack.

Please check out my new page on Under the Gun 31 and let me know what you think. As usual, I welcome all questions, comments, and especially corrections.

If any of the advanced programmers on the site would care to take a crack at the math of the base game, please have at it.

You can also play for fun.

The question for the poll is would you play Under the Gun 31?

I think the game itself is kind of fun but I wouldn't play it for real in a casino with that house edge. It's definitely more of a home game if you ask me.

It sounds a lot like one of the early versions of Money$uit 31.

Back in the family pot, discard days. Those were Mission's favorite...

1st Money$uit 31 Patent

You'll see them listed as prior art in the utility application (as you know, you are required to express anything on point, even if not in existence or know of prior to filing your provisional). However, I had never know of the game before creating M$31 in 08 or filing my provisional patent & original copyright (the copyright expresses the 08 creation date) and I can't find anything about the game dated prior to 2010. I've been trying to find out the original creation/release date, but nobody seems so have any information. I've even emailed an address that is supposed to be one of the creators that I found on the discount gaming website.

Mine are patent protected, which post date Bilsky and would survive Smith.

Under The Gun is also not a strict 31 game with the pays for flushes, straight flushes etc... They also play vs a dealer where all of my variants are pay table based.
