Does anyone know if the software this site uses for poker is any good been playing there and man i get the worst hands ever and everytime i go all in my three of a kind is beat by a higher three of a kind. just cant ever actually win a hand.

Also if you are playing on this site watch out on the cash games if you are playing for actual cash and you loose connection the software automatically set you to all-in. and you cant back out.

and customer service is not very helpful, they actually did refund money back to my account after threating reporting them to the fbi. but otherwise they were unwilling to help

Cash out and don't play there any more. Ever. I'm not saying I know anything about the site but you seem to think that they are not running a fair game so just don't play there any more. If you want to play poker on line there are a lot of sites with good reputations and very good customer service. I won't name any here but one of them rhymes with Joker Scars.
