Sometime it's like pulling teeth to get some of the online casinos to pay promptly. One of the reps (who I will not name) at a casino notorious for delays told me they do it because they realize people just can't keep their hands off a gambling pot of money and will most likely bet it and lose it before the casino pays off. Some casinos are now indicating outrageous time intervals for making payments. One I play at recently indicated 15 days processing time followed by 15 days mailing time. That's a month and way to long! That's why they also limit the amount you can take out at any one time according to the rep. Sounds like once you decide to withdraw it might make sense not to play at that casino until you get your money.

Why don't you help out the rest of us and name names?

The Casino in question is the GOLDEN ARCH CASINO
I requested a $200 payment on December 1 They haven't even withdrawn it from my account

Today I noticed their online help does not respond and when you call their 800 number nobody answers

NOT A GOOD SIGN LOLOL

I will do a separate post in the online section headling casinos that may be out of business
