I just wrote a review of Red Tiger Gaming. This is game software used by Internet casinos. I must say, it is quite well done. Much better than average. You can play all their games for free on their web site.

Please let me know what you think of my review and/or the software.

The question for the poll is would be inclined to choose this software when given the choice online?

The left most part of that page has faded, washed out corporate logos that are too small to read clearly.

It's ok. I'd like to see more apps done natively for each platform, so far for me browser based games will never have the snappy tactile feel of a well done platform specific app. I think there's some issues with app store's gambling restrictions preventing decent real money games. But there are a lot of very well done play-money apps on android and iPhone.

Uniquely intelligent games!

OUR GAMES

Every detail of the game play experience is carefully mapped to maximise player retention and casino profit. Our game theorists, psychologists and mathematicians work closely to deliver the highest stakes and maximum spin count. We call it 'the science of fun' .

I find such a statement confusing presented to potential gamblers. It seems very amateurish a thing to have on the website, just so strange, not really sure why they insist on having this in public view, on their "front door".

I joked about having psychologists on the payroll in my review. However, at least they are honest. Everyone in the gaming business, from game makers to casino management try to get customers to play and then keep them playing as long as possible once they start.

Their corporate web site is designed more for casino owners considering using their software, not the players. I'm sure they would phrased it differently if they were addressing players directly.

If this were true, there wouldn't be the deterioration of payoffs(6:5 bj, high house edge side bets, tightening VP, etc.) and higher and higher minimums. Casinos want you in and out as fast as possible so they can get the next victim in the seat.

I just played a few hands of Baccarat and I liked it. Usually on computer Baccarat games the cards are dealt really fast, but this one was a little slower. I like when I'm able to keep up with the math and know when a third card is needed or not.

Good point. Ultimately, the goal is to maximize profit from each guest. This is simply (house edge)*(average bet)*(time played).
