i would say someone paid the dealer to do this, AND DELIBERATELY GET CAUGHT, to harm the reputation of the casino.

Perhaps it's more about inflating someone's rep rather than damaging the casino's.
The damage to the casino may be just a cog in the wheel.

In my experience streamers/youtubers become popular for 3 reasons:

1) They are very skilled/knowledgeable in the games they play.
2) They are charismatic/entertaining and have a good attitude.
3) They have breasts.

It doesn't seem like MM hits any of these, so why does he have such a large audience?

You forgot the 4th reason... Train Wrecks. Tons of people will tune in to watch them implode. I think he might fit in to this category?

So what are we left with:

A paid off dealer to spark adoration of the Expose site?
A mistake by the dealer that just happened to be at a slow table for low money?

A systemic dealer cheating device with only ONE example being proven?

I'm glad I do not play online, I have enough problems in a real casino.

I'm not buying that he paid off the dealer to do this. If you are willing to pay people off and set something like this up, why wouldn't you do something far better?

Then again, I guess the guy did rob a bank or whatever.

Yes I agree with that. I cant hate on the guy for finding something he seems to enjoy and making some money doing it.

Reading his forum, it's a disaster waiting to happen. There are a couple of somewhat knowledgeable people there, but most are clueless. There is also no major discussions about two important topics: bankroll considerations and RoR. One guy even asked about playing a $15 minimum game with only a $100 bankroll!

Well, he seems to be a hyper-huckster type, so he would attract the clueless now wouldn't he?

Hey, now.... that is a perfectly reasonable question for some dumb jerk whats only got a hundred dollars and doesn't understand about variance and giving himself a reasonable chance to avoid Ruin by sheer luck. Don't belittle the guy for asking it.

As to spousal violence... let us concentrate on the sleight of hand issue.

Good article. I don't disagree with any of it. If I write one, and I may, I'm going to emphasize that there is no reason to cheat a player who splits 2's against a 10 as he is already giving away his money faster than a drunk millionaire at a strip club. Why slaughter the sheep when it has really nice wool?

Still no response from BetOnline to my Email.

Thanks for the compliment, Wizard! I agree with that 100%, I'd have done well to emphasize that a bit harder. I've had no luck getting a hold of anyone at Global Gaming Labs yet, either.

He'll be getting popular or whatever because, unfortunately, people like him (out-going, loud, do stupid sh**, etc.) are people that are popular on YouTube. I mean, no way in hell is someone going to get popular on YouTube if their videos are stuff like, "Okay, first, you got to learn basic strategy. Go to blackjackinfo.com and generate the appropriate strategy for your game. Now memorize the strategy until you'd risk your life on it."....."Next, let's talk about bankroll management. To have a risk of ruin <long explanation goes here> below 5%, you'll want at least 100 max bets...so if you're playing $5 to $50, you'll want about $5k in bankroll."....."You'll have huge swings up and down and will only be making a tiny amount of money. It's not like the movie 21 nor the scene with that ugly bearded fat f*** in The Hangover...."

It's a marketing strategy. The more appealing it is to the masses, the more people are going to buy your stuff. It doesn't matter to Morgantard if those people will succeed or fail.

Not much to update on my end. Still haven't heard back from BetOnline. I have heard some anecdotal evidence that there is a lot more to this story and it involves the dealers cheating the casino, but that is just here say, at best.

What I think happened is that the cards were physically marked (since he runs his finger along that corner before second dealing) but that just raises the question, why is an 8 even marked? In blackjack I would think it would make sense to mark the 10's and Aces, but not an 8.

After watching the video a few time and others from MM, I have come to a few conclusions:
1) MM is a black man trapped in a white man's body.
2) MM isn't someone I would want to hang out with , but I sure find him entertaining.
3) As Ive mentioned multiple times in the past, where there is BIG money involved, I would leave no stone unturned and would not rule out cheating from BetOnline. It sure looked like a deliberate move by the dealer. Regardless of who was behind it, it was certainly a deliberate move in my opinion.
4) Anyone who trusts online gaming in this day and age, with all of the available information online, they should be held accountable of their own losses for still playing in these mostly unregulated sites.
5) Does Ultimate Bet ring a bell for anyone? Who would have ever thought that they cheated... until they were caught cheating. I certainly dont believe they were the only ones doing it. Just because many criminals haven't been caught, doesnt mean they havent committed the crime.

That being said, if anyone creates a Live online craps game that is highly regulated and secure... Im it!

Late to the Party, and just saw the censored version at YT.

The move is very obvious. I had this happen to me in 1994 at Foxwoods by a female Dealer on a legitimate play. In my case, she placed two fingers on the top shoe card and lifted up with L index finger and slid the 2nd down with L middle finger. But in my case, the top card tumbled out also, and was exposed.

Here's my REAL problem with the VID... Note that Seat 5 should have received an 8, and the Dealer the 6. But that makes the Dealer hand Hard 16 (Looks like a King as Dealer Pocket). The Next card, not shown, is a key to the cheat. Heaven forbid its a 5 or 4 or 3 against the Player H18.

Just thinking out loud but I wonder if Seat 5 is a shill for Seat 1... note that NO split 2's yields a Dealer hand of K-Q with a loss for Seat 1. But all the shenannigans here leaves Seat 1 a winner. /JTOL
