All I can say is I should have known better. I joined up at BetOnLine yesterday because I was fed up with the bad customer service at 5dimes. I haven't used an internet casino in over a decade because I suspected they were pretty much rigged. When I opened my account at 5Dimes, I had them deactivate the casino. Worked fine and I never played. I don't know why I was tempted to play again on-line (maybe I was just anxious because I'm going back to Vegas in a couple of weeks). Anyway, preceded to play and figured I'd just play the "don't" and see how consistent it was. Well, there was a streak of at least 6 consecutive rolls of 7 or 11. I was also constantly getting burned by 4 and 10's hitting on the point (I'd say at a much better pace than that 7 coming up, when it should be 1/2). If I had to guess, I'd say the pass line came up between 65-70%. When I decided to switch over to pass line, the game froze (probably just an anomaly but strange nonetheless). I requested a game log this morning and didn't hear back. Then when I contacted their live chat, here was the conversation....

Hi! Welcome to BetOnline! How can I help you?

You are now chatting with Steve Smith

Your Issue ID for this chat is LTK58501668930X. Please record it in case of pending issue.

Steve Smith: Thank you for contacting Live Chat Service. How may I assist you today?
Tim: Hi, I spoke with someone this morning about whether your random generator had been tested by an outside agency and if it were possible to get a play log from my craps play last night. He said he was going to talk to the manager but I haven't heard back
Steve Smith: Hello. One moment please.
Steve Smith: When did you play sir?
Tim: Yesterday at approximately 5pm pst (on and off until 11pm pst)
Tim: You had some issues with connectivity
Steve Smith: Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment...
Tim: OK
Steve Smith: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you...
Tim: OK
Steve Smith: I will be right with you...
Steve Smith: Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment...
Tim: Are you saying that because you're getting a game log and it's taking you some time? Or are you dealing with someone else?
Steve Smith: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you...
Steve Smith: I will be right with you...
Tim: Steve, what's the manager's name? Perhaps I can just call and ask for him directly since you're obviously not able to help me?
Tim: Hello? Steve?
Tim: How much longer do you anticipate I need to wait?
Steve Smith: Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment...
Tim: Is there a reason you won't answer my questions?
Steve Smith: I will be right with you...
Steve Smith: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you...
Steve Smith: Sorry sir.....influx of chats.
Steve Smith: I have filed a claim for the Pitboss to review.
Steve Smith: Thank you for contacting Live Chat Service. How may I assist you today?
Tim: Are you a robot? What's going on?
Tim: What do you mean how can you assist me?
Steve Smith: I have filed a claim for the Pitboss to review.
Tim: So when will I hear back? And can I get a copy of the game log?
Steve Smith: HWat are you wanting the history for sir?
Tim: I want to see the percentage of wins and loss and a possible streak of abnormality
Tim: I have some friends at the Wizard of Vegas that are statisticians
Steve Smith: Ok sure......request placed.
Steve Smith: Please allow up to 24-48hrs.
Tim: And you will e-mail that to me?
Steve Smith: You will be contacted, yes.
Steve Smith: Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?
Tim: No that's it

The money wasn't life or death and if I continue to use them, I'll have the casino deactivated and just use the sports betting like I had planned Albeit, I'll probably just go to another sports book as I am not too enamored with a place that runs a rigged casino (if this is indeed the case). Lesson learned.

P.S. I might also comment that I'm not holding my breath that they're going to send that game log.

No offense but I can't believe people still use real cash money to play online. How many sites have we heard shady things about?

If you are playing anything at BOL then you are not doing your homework. They have stolen and attempted to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from poker players. Search the 2+2 forum for "Betonline" or Google anything like "Betonline does not pay" or "Betonline scam".

This is a great summary of what people have dealt with:

In the article I linked to you will see BOL does not like sending logs when requested. It seems like OP got the same runaround.

Nope, and I won't be holding my breath on it. Like I said...lesson learned. Admittedly, I'm always amazed how penny wise and pound foolish sites like this can be. I was looking for a new site to use for my sports betting and I play a decent amount during football season. In the long haul, they would have netted out much more than what they got on their dishonest session of craps. But they're not smart enough to realize this.

IMO I would never play for real money online. I always want to get the full experience for my moneys worth. I want to see with my own eyes, ears, body what rolled, how , who & see the inflections of the dealers. I want the full experience of what my $$ is buying for me. Albeit be entertainment. Anyone that does this deserves to get shut down in the middle of the heat of what is transpiring because IMO they have already proven they do not care . Just my opinion. I never allow my $$ to leave my hand sight unseen, just not the American way as far as I am concerned. However, some people have more $$ than brains, just saying.

My opinion, they are smarter than you as they got your money along with many others as you. That is why there doors are still open & their hope is to close the door of your bank on you. They do a pretty good job at meeting their goal usually. IMO (This is a Generalized statement )
