I got 15x $100 free bet that i can use only on the roulette and baccarat. The bet is exchanged to the chips only when you win. What is the best way to get the most positive result?

Do you only get even money? If you have a $100 ticket free bet, and place it on a single number in roulette and hit, do you get $3500 in chips? I assume since you said exchanged you lose the voucher when the bet is won?
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

I think you can bet on any number on the roulette game and get paid as same as regular bet. And yes you lose the voucher when you win.

Wouldn't betting both Red and Black at the same time basically turn the free play to cash (as long as the ball stays out of the green spots).

In AC your free bet in Roulette is limited to LOW, EVEN and RED.
Put your $100 voucher on RED and then bet $50 on BLACK.
If the ball lands on a RED# you will win your $100 free bet and lose your $50 BLACK bet for a net profit of $50.
If the ball lands on a BLACK# you will win your $50 BLACK bet and lose your $100 free bet for a net profit of $50.
In AC, when the ball lands on 0/00 you receive half of your even money bets back. $50 for your $100 free bet and $25 for your $50 BLACK bet for a net profit of $25.

Have you actually seen them turn a $100 bet coupon into $50 cash if the ball drops in the zero?

I say if you need to hedge your bets on this type of thing just to be sure to get half value, quit gambling.

I had it happen to me on a $25 Direct Bet.

I have done it with a $25 Direct Bet on Red and $15 in chips on Black at Ballys.
If the ball lands on 0/00, I get back $12.50 for my Direct Bet and $7.50 for my Black bet. A total of $20.00 for a $15.00 investment.

I thought I remembered seeing that, and since it wasn't a "win" they fell back on the coupon has no cash value idea and just took it. Don't remember where though.

FWIW I did the roulette thing in AC several times, and they (CET) stopped giving me direct bet coupons. I'm not saying it was necessarily related, but I'm not sure why they stopped offering them.
