seen this happen in harness racing at Canada's top track Woodbine.... horse win but wasn't the horse listed in the program....seems the paddock judge never checked the horses tattoo number

Wow! If you bet on any of the other horses do you get your money back? I would think that would be an easy lawsuit to win against the bozos who let the wrong horse in....
