Trump Plaza was clean, and two out of three dealers were friendly enough, but the temperature in there was way too hot. Unless there are other suggestions, I'm thinking that I'll try Revel next, being that parking is free for now, it's fairly easy to get to, and I wanted to see what it's like anyway.

My new thing is to get free rooms that day. No casino is giving me anything anymore so I need to grind poker and friendly ask the floor guy for a room.

Yes you can do this but the poker room is only allotted X number of rooms. If it was really busy and the hotel is at capacity then you may get screwed. Being that it is not tourist season yet I think you should be ok. I wouldn't try this in August unless you are willing to sleep in your car if need be. Unless you become "friends" with the poker room people and they can give you a heads up on which days would be bad to try this on.

I'm probably gonna have to get there Wednesday evening. Ill be fine either getting a Wednesday and Thursday room. I really want to avoid playing the ballys nits at like 1am. If you know them, you KNOW them. The white woman with the big eyes who only plays the nuts. The black woman who kind of sings when she talks. Both in hoodies. Annoying as hell.

hmm well in that case you could sleep under the boardwalk with the cats. If you couldn't get a room at the casino you should have no problems paying for a room on one of the local streets.
I just looked on hotels.com for this Thursday night. You can actually get Ballys or Showboat for under $50.
I recommend calling it the adventures of Lemmy.

Ignorant. You think I'm overstating what's happening to me there. I got the same treatment last week at Resorts and Taj. Some PB are more attentive than others. They tell the ones who aren't so they also keep an eye out. It's not that irrational.

It is my opinion, from experience, that any AC casino would not sweat red chips.

Firstly, they would not pay you to the point of you having 100 red chips as it would be more than they have in the rack.
Secondly, I noticed the smiley face so I know you know that your example is extreme.
Thirdly, does anyone really use a 1 to 100 spread on any game?

Hmmmmmm 100 red might be about what they have - that is why they wouldn't be paying them all out. They would ask you to accept greens or blacks at the point they were running low until a fill could deb placed.

Depends on the game obviously.
On $10 or $15 games, it is not uncommon to have 5 tubes of $5 chips which adds up to between 10 and 15 stacks of reds (depending on chip rack size) which is between $1000 and $1500.
On $25 games, there would be 6 tubes or greens with only 2 tubes of reds, if that.

I don't do red chips that often. When I do, I Wong out. But now I'm more of a mentality of playing the 25 dollar games and just getting off if the count gets too bad.

A bit before my bus leaves I decide to play in the blackjack section by the escalators at Revel again. 6 deck s17 25 dollar min. Dealer gives about 1.25 decks penetration so it's decent. I win some. Pit boss gets a phone call. Next shoe they cut the shoe in half. I do like two hands and then make up an excuse to leave for a bit. Next shoe it's even worse(40% penetration).
I walk over to Taj and proceed to win $1225. That's awesome but I think I'm done. The only thing I might do is the Resorts 10 dollar s17 game. I don't have heat there yet. Very annoying though.

Uhh I said I don't do red chip games very often. I didn't say I didn't do them at all.
Don Johnson couldn't do it but Super Mario may just end it for all of us in AC.
