In looking over the survey I have a couple of questions:
1) What time of day are these surveys done?
2) How will that impact the availability of some of these better odds games? I know the SD game at El Cortez is always open but at the bigger places like Bellagio or MGM (6D S17) they have so many tables, some right next to each other with different rules. Is there a better time of day for these tables to likely be open?
3) In general, what happens to table rules/limits at various points in the day? Are the best/cheapest games mostly at night?

Thanks yall!

To answer #3 - the cheapest are most likely during the day, not at night.

Also - #2 - the tables are more likely to be open on the weekend, but at a higher minimum (supply/demand)
