Yeah. I guess CET + no competition = these paytables. Actually, I did not do my due diligence. I found a $1 9/5 DDB machine after I made the first hit. Not great, but better than 8/5.

Beginner's luck. Read about dstp long enough that I wanted to try it. Hit twice for $500+ also, so it only cost me $200 to play.

Must'a been quite the good promotion in order to play 8/5 DDB! That's a loser's game....

Yeah. Was getting 7x tc for playing. But it was more an impulse. Job was 8/5. 50 cents was highest denom.

I take into effect all considerations before a play:

Worst paytable
Highest denom
Moon cycle
Time of day
Hydration
Distance to bathroom

So basically I play $100 8/5 TDB during a full moon, graveyard shift, with at least 5 waters in me to start the session.

Harrah's Gulf Coast was giving multipliers every Mon and Tue in January. It depended on your tier what the min was. You swiped your card and it gave you a random.number in your range,.Had to swipe.once each day, then all your play was credited with the multipliers, and your bonuses stacked on top of that. I was Diamond, swiped for minimum 5x, got 7x that day. 7* was even better. Actually, it's still going today and tomorrow if that's useful to anybody.

I had a good night on the video poker machines last night. Northern Wisconsin doesn't have great paytables and I didn't get a royal (been more than a year, even thought I've had multiple 4-tos that didn't draw in.

Went to Oneida in Green Bay to play bingo. My 50th birthday just passed and they had drawings in bingo for all the January birthdays. Got lucky and won twice in bingo, hitting any outside line for $300 (7 calls, my card had the only B, N and O numbers called) and winning the $1K blackout at the end of the night.

After bingo, lost some money playing tables (craps, BJ and ultimate), but made back what I lost on the tables with several big hits at video poker.

First, I hit my first four deuces on DWDDB (a game I couldn't find on WoO's listing, but it looked interesting and I was playing while I waited on my food in the restaurant.

After that, I moved to a different bank and was playing DDB on Extra Draw Frenzy ... a verstion I like because I like getting the extra hands on a dealt 3OAK.

Got into the feature several times and only improved to 4OAK twice, once with 7s and once with 3s (which of course paid better). But I also got these two hands outside of the feature.

I gave some more back at Ultimate ... .couldn't get anything going last night. Then decided to wind down the night playing some Ultimate X. Got my first big hand on that game.... even though I was only playing nickels.

All told, a great night on the VP machines for me ... only hitting the two royals that paid big in my life were better nights.

Not possible. That would require losing 1600 bets of $500. I doubt you could even play 500 games in an hour on that.

That would be a nightmare. Dealt 3oak and above would be a hand pay every time, and you'd have all that tax liability. Ugh.

I wonder if the casino can't just load 25k or some amount against front money or markers for people playing that big? Another ugh to load 5 bills for each hand played.

Most bigger casinos will sell you TITO tickets but most machines only accept $3000 at a time.

Trips at 2-1 means at least $1,000 pay without connecting to a 4oak or FH. A 5-K 4oak pays an extra $240, so you only need 1 to get a taxable. Almost every dealt 3oak will be a taxable.

I'm pretty sure Cosmo has a fast-play feature or something like that. If you hit a taxable, you just type in your pin or some such nonsense and it does key to credit, so you don't need a slot person to continuously key the machine. I'm not entirely sure how it works though.

I was half elated and literally facepalming when I got this one today because I was trying to decide exactly what I wanted to play-- some flavor of Bonus or White Hot Aces (I prefer Aces and Faces, and the latter is... kind of close...ish). That, and since I was just killing time waiting for somebody, I was only playing dimes instead of something larger. (Bonus points: Look at how many credits I have remaining.)

Lately, when I'm actually plugging away at it, 1-line 2/5$ Aces and Faces. If I'm killing time, trying to meet a minimum for promos, etc. I play something with a lot of lines at a low minimum. (I'm rather fond of that 100-line 1c DW unit right by Metro Pizza at Ellis Island. On my last three trips to get pizza, I got 222 in my staring hand within the first 20 hands or so.)
