Case in point where using a players cards for certain machine AP plays is not a good idea.

Nowadays most promotions and plays require a players card for there to be any advantage. I guess bonus machines, progressives, and a few other things don't(I don't know how much one can make doing just that). If you are hitting lots of jackpots it won't matter if you are using a players card or not. Sure, It might make it more difficult for them to track your history via wins and losses. If you are playing enough that you are hitting lots of jackpots they would be even more suspicious you are not using one. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I definitely agree with this, they're going to notice if you're hitting a ton of jackpots and then what matters is just whether or not the casino sweats that sort of thing. I suppose you could stay away from the player's club card if a handpay is unlikely on a particular machine, but if those are your primary machines (small jackpots) I can't imagine that most casinos care that much about you.***

***I don't mean you, personally, that's a general you.

Either way, when you're playing lower-end type plays, I think it's worth the risk to get the added value from using the card in terms of points and things of that nature. Granted, I'm not going to bother with the card to vulture UX or something like that, but if I'm on some kind of must-hit, of course I'm going to put the card in. That's especially true on point multiplier days where I am getting 2% extra just off of the points.

1st W2-G winner in the United States. It took them about 45 minutes for them to pay me and I thought that something was up (I don't have my US DL yet I have a US Social). But eventually they came back with $2801 less 30% = 1960.70. Now I have to keep a gamblin' log.

I really don't like UX overall.

Boymimbo... I hope you get all that 30% back later... 30% right off the top since no US ID ... I hope you can get that too!

I only had one Royal so far on this Game but it is better than no Royal. I can't complain too much I only held two cards.
I'll make a 3 ball soon enough.

hm.. in spin poker deluxe (20lines), if you were dealt 4 to a Royal, you have a 42% (20/48) chance of hitting a Royal?

if so, that's almost like Dream Card except you don't pay 5 extra coins per line?

and congrats on the Royal :)

No. You have a 6.38% (3/47) chance of hitting a royal. But when you do hit a royal, it either pays 7x ($28k) or 6x ($24k).

[spoiler]I'm pretty sure all columns in SPD are 7/7/6, although I'm not sure. It's possible the center column is 8/6/6.

You definitely don't have a 20/48 percent chance of hitting a royal. I think you are doing your math wrong

I have some statistics about the probability distribution of winning a royal flush given that you held 0,1,2,3,4 or all 5 cards to a royal flush from your dealt hand.
