I would like to know if a person can be banned from online casino because he is winning every day. If this is the case what can the person do to claim justice.

Check the laws in your location. If you're in the U.S. you'll likely have no recourse. Online gambling isn't authorized here yet. But I'm not sure you'd have any recourse anyway; a casino can throw you out for any reason, even if you're not winning.

It has been known to happen. But don't worry, you won't be banned for a betting system.
People who get banned are usually banned for actual advantage play, such as "maximizing their bonuses".

Your only recourse is to ask nicely, unless both you and the casino are in a country where e-gambling is legal, and it's the same country.
