it does take a big bankroll. If it is working you should be able to press your bets, though. here is a table of HE divided by Variance, which is at least a clue as to where various negative expectation bets sit as to trying to make variance work for you (see thread) I added the place 6/8 which is roughly the same as the PL from this persective.

1. I see no reason why the bets are off on the come out roll. The dice do not even know it is the come out roll. You need 6 wins in a row. That is difficult enough without limiting your rolls. 2. Full press? Your second bet then should be $66 after a first win. Yes? A classic power press move. edit added: my simulations shows ~42% of sessions with a $2k bankroll will have a streak of 6 - 6s or 8s and with power pressing up to a $300 bet, then press to $600 and $1200 and showing a profit. ~20% of the sessions ended with a profit around $1000 because the winning run took place after the bankroll was already negative. Of course your losing sessions, (and I only played 10,000 of them total) are more than winning sessions and overall you lose around 1.52% of the total handle that you make. No surprise there. |

I'm assuming you're talking about a bankroll MANAGEMENT technique... you're not expecting to make money in the long run??
