How Does the Wizard Define Long-Term?

Some years ago I posed that question to the wizard Of odds in relation to 37 number roulette.
His cryptic reply was " It depends on your perception "
I emailed using either my real name or as my then username Fergus Lee.

I think Mustang Sally and a chart by the Wizard gave you a pretty good answer on page 1. If something less than 100% us good enough then it doesn't take 416! hands or whatever. It is on the order of 10,000 to 20,000.
