Nersesian is wary of Indian Casinos and the gray area with law enforcement in his new book. What edge, if any is necessary to risk playing in an Indian casino

You have to be OK with not getting paid when you win and having no legal recourse whatsoever.

You should play at an Indian casino if you wish to personally atone for Wounded Knee or the Sand Creek Massacre.

I always thought some were among the nicest places and fairest gambles. Better than state run. I would probably go back to Turning Stone if I was close.

Lol, I can't imagine it being like this or no one would go. However it's tough if you toe the line of legality with plays.

Depends how risky you are. IMO, if it's something that can easily be passed off as getting lucky, then more likely to be playable. If it's something that's obvious what you're doing, might want to be a little bit more careful. Also depends on WHICH Indian casino it is.....in some, you're more likely to get your money taken / arrested / backroomed / the whole nine yards....and in others they'll just ask you to leave after cashing out your chips and are nice about everything.

I enjoy the Harrah's in Cherokee very much - never had an issue of any kind.
