I'm unable to read the full article without subscribing but the one thing I haven't seen yet is talk about rooms. Is NJ allowing them to open a casino with no rooms? How would that play out if that was allowed in AC?

It looks like AC got at least a one year reprieve on the North Jersey casino vote. They need to take advantage of the time and take some positive steps forward or it will have a better chance of passing next year.
