Atlantis Diamond Offer - Backed off

Hello,
Has anyone taken the Caesar's Platinum/Diamond/Seven Stars trip to Atlantis? I just got a call from the VP of Casino Operations indicating that I will not be allowed to play blackjack while I am there (I've been backed off from multiple CET properties). The problem is the comp requires me to maintain my "normal level of play". Has anyone done this offer and only played minimally? Did they revoke your comp?
